Together, we have designed a Leadership Studies Program to give you the in-demand skills employers are looking for, and the leadership mindset, skills, and tools for your personal and career success. This program will also give you opportunities to lead, network, and gain valuable experiences through community service.
Our Goal
Our goal is to equip students and working professionals with the leadership knowledge, performance tools, and practical skills needed to succeed in their careers and make a meaningful impact in their communities. Through an emphasis on personal, team, and organizational leadership, we help individuals build on their academic achievements, professional experience, and life skills to become effective, adaptable, and purpose-driven leaders. Participants learn to develop their personal brand, build strong professional networks, manage their reputations, serve their communities, and lead by example. By combining leadership theory with real-world application and professional development, the Department of Leadership Studies prepares individuals at every stage of their careers to lead with confidence, strengthen organizations, and contribute to the success of the communities they serve.
