Partner with the Lamar Leadership Series

The Lamar Leadership Series is Βι¶ΉΣ³»­'s credit-bearing leadership development program, built around stackable microcredentials that lead to a Lamar Coaching Certificate (18 semester credit hours) and a Peak Performance Certificate (24 semester credit hours). The curriculum draws on proven leadership-development frameworks and is designed to build practical, real-world leadership skills in students who will move directly into the Southeast Texas workforce — making the program a natural place for local businesses to invest in their future talent pipeline.

A New Advisory Group

To keep the program grounded in what regional employers actually need, we are forming an advisory group of business leaders to help guide its direction. Advisory members will offer input on curriculum relevance, help identify mentorship and hiring-pipeline opportunities for graduates, and serve as visible champions of the program across Southeast Texas. This is a founding opportunity: the partners who join now will have an outsized voice in shaping how the program grows in the years ahead.

Two intensive live sessions, followed by 6 week self-paced cadence on LeaderU platform - snapshot reflection, peer discussion, and a Leadership Coaching Corner check-in.
