ΒιΆΉΣ³» has been the recipient of more than $100,000 in Home Depot Retool Your School grant funds. The Division of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management is looking to continue its winning streak by placing in the top five once again during this yearβs Retool Your School contest.
The contest begins Monday, Feb. 26, and is expected to support 30 campuses with grants ranging from $40,000 to $150,000 per school. This is the 15th year that the Home Depot has offered the contest to HBCUs to offer much-needed financial support to often underfunded colleges and universities.

The ΒιΆΉΣ³» Debate Team recently participated in the North Carolina Independent Colleges and Universities (NCICU) annual debate tournament at the North Carolina Legislative Complex in Raleigh.
The team was presented with 10 unprecedented cases based on legal issues currently in litigation over the ethical issues of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity liabilities and responsibilities. Some of these issues included AI in art and entertainment, digital deep fakes and avatars, security liabilities in Big Tech and more.Μύ

ΒιΆΉΣ³» Esports Club Continues 132-Year-Old Rivalry Against Livingstone College
The first football meeting of two Historically Black Colleges (HBCUs) was held on December 27, 1892, between Livingstone College (LC) and ΒιΆΉΣ³» (ΒιΆΉΣ³»), which was known then as Biddle College. Almost 132 years later, the rivalry between these two institutions remains formidable to this day. ΒιΆΉΣ³» won the first HBCU football game in 1892.
